CLEAN CARE Program

Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the CLEAN CARE 12-Week Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Educational Program

The CLEAN CARE program is an educational wellness program designed to provide information related to lifestyle, nutrition, gut health, and detoxification.

Participation in this program does not establish a physician–patient relationship with Dr. Ruby or CLEAN, Inc.

The information provided in this program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not replace the advice of your personal healthcare provider.

Participants are responsible for consulting their own physician before making changes to diet, supplements, medications, or lifestyle.

2. Program Structure

The CLEAN CARE program is a 12-week group program that includes:

• Weekly live educational sessions
• Periodic Q&A sessions
• Program materials and resources
• Community support access

Sessions are scheduled to occur weekly, typically on Thursdays at 8 PM. Program dates and session content may be adjusted if necessary to ensure the quality of the program.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health decisions.

By participating in the program, you agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating in the program
• You are responsible for your own health choices and outcomes
• You will consult a healthcare provider if you have medical concerns

CLEAN, Inc. and Dr. Ruby are not responsible for any adverse effects or outcomes related to the application of information provided during the program.

4. Payment Terms

Enrollment in the CLEAN CARE program requires payment of the program fee.

Payment options may include:

• Pay-in-full enrollment
• Payment plan installments

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment schedule.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to program materials or community platforms.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the educational nature of the program and the immediate access to program materials, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.

If exceptional circumstances arise, participants may contact CLEAN, Inc. to discuss possible options at the organization’s discretion.

6. Community Guidelines

Participants agree to maintain a respectful and supportive environment within the program community.

Harassment, solicitation, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within the CLEAN CARE program—including slides, guides, videos, and written materials—are the intellectual property of CLEAN, Inc.

Program materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Program Modifications

CLEAN, Inc. reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to program content, scheduling, or delivery format to ensure the best learning experience for participants.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the CLEAN CARE program, you acknowledge and agree that CLEAN, Inc. and Dr. Ruby are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the program or the application of information presented.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the CLEAN CARE program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
