We hear plenty about what we’re supposed to eat…

But knowing that vegetables, whole grains and other nutritious foods are good for us doesn’t necessarily make it easier to get dinner on the table.

Vegan Food as Medicine was created to bridge that gap.

In this hands-on series, you’ll cook, taste, learn and practice simple strategies for preparing nutritious, plant-based meals you can actually recreate at home.

Meet Your Teacher.

Hi, I’m Dr. Ruby.

I’m a board certified physician in pediatrics, preventive medicine and lifestyle medicine with training in functional nutrition.

I created CLEAN Care after seeing many patients stuck in cycles of chronic symptoms without a structured path to healiing.

This program combines medical knowledge, nutrition science, and lifestyle medicine to help people address root causes - not just symptoms.
