Grow-Pro Urban Agriculture Certification
Build Systems. Gain Experience. Create Impact.
GROW PRO is a hands-on urban agriculture and sustainability training program designed to equip participants with practical, real-world experience in building community-based food systems.
Program Highlights
6-session hands-on training experience

This immersive training experience allows participants to actively help transform a real community space into a productive urban agriculture site.
This is not a traditional classroom program and it is not a volunteer event.
Participants learn by doing.
Throughout the program, trainees work alongside facilitators and peers to gain direct experience in:
Raised bed construction
Soil health and composting
Irrigation systems
Crop planning and planting
Urban farm operations
Sustainability practices
Team-based project development
Community-centered food system design
Urban farm fundraising
GROW PRO Certification was created to help participants build both technical skills and community leadership capacity while contributing to meaningful neighborhood transformation.
Participants who complete the program receive:
CLEAN GROW PRO Certification
The program is ideal for:
Young adults and emerging leaders
Career changers
Community builders
Sustainability-minded residents
Individuals interested in urban agriculture, food justice, and environmental stewardship
By the end of the training, participants will not only understand how urban food systems function—they will have helped build one themselves.
